Shipping and Returns
We strive for expedient delivery and aim to have most packages shipped within 24-48 hours.
- Domestic shipping: All orders over $50 in the United States ship FREE via USPS Priority mail. All orders under $50 will ship USPS First-Class mail at a flat rate of $5.
- International shipping: We offer a $10 flat rate for all international packages via USPS First-Class Package International Service. As your package will go through customs, the delivery time can take up to 20 days. Please note that you may be subjected to tax and duties in your country and, as the customer, you are responsible to pay those fees. If packages are rejected and sent back to us any fees incurred will be the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We stand by the quality of our products at Fair Seas Supply Co. That said, we do know that sometimes there may be something wrong with the fabric or you may be unhappy with the color once you see it in person. We're customers too, so we get it.
That said, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund or exchange (we'll even cover the shipping in the US) in accordance with the policies below:
- Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Fair Seas Supply Co. will cover the shipping charges for any merchandise eligible for returns in the United States. Please contact us at Info@FairSeasSupplyCo.com to request a pre-paid return label.
- All returned products must be unwashed and unused.
- We do not accept returns on any custom / embroidered items.
- Fair Seas Supply Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
- We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling Fair Seas Supply Co. merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment.
- In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify us at Info@FairSeasSupplyCo.com and we will gladly replace the product or refund you.
- Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product and/or a photo of the damage.
- Fair Seas Supply Co. will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped in the US.
